We regularly advise clients on a variety of community developments and manage planning applications and appeals in connection with these developments.

Additionally, we can advise on Community Right to Build orders, Assets of Community Value and enabling development.

We work with religious groups to support their ambitions in managing and expanding their facilities, and we can assist with 'ecclesiastical faculty' proposals where required.

We work with Sport England / other related sporting bodies to agree sports and recreation proposals meet policy exemption tests and standards as applicable.
